C-section cardboard angles

They protect cargo against damage caused by hitting the edges of angles and stabilize goods placed on a pallet, when combined with an appropriately selected system for clamping of loads, using a PET or PP tape. This type of cardboard angles is most frequently used to protect transported barrels, canisters, containers, bottles, and other types of materials with cylindrical edges.

  • Width: 85 mm or 100 mm (tolerance ± 5mm)
  • Length from 50 mm to 3,000 mm (tolerance ± 2-5 mm)
  • Thickness from 2mm to 5mm (tolerance ± 0.2-0.4 mm)
  • Angle’s deflection: Bio quality: 50 mm (tolerance ± 10 mm); HS quality: 60 mm (tolerance ± 10 mm)
  • Number of C-section on a pallet: 3,600 items (it is a sample quantity per pallet for 100 x 3.5 x 1.100 mm sections)
  • Number of C-sections in a 20’ container: approx. 36,000 (it is a sample quantity per pallet for 100 x 3.5 x 1.100 mm sections)
  • C-sections are strong and durable, which makes them reusable
